About the event
We will beging with dinner on Thursday night followed by a breath ceremony. Friday is all day medicine ceremony. Saturday is water breath, energy alignments and women's circle. Sunday is closing circle.
We will beb staying inb Springville, Utah in an airbnb~ there will be singlre beds/bunks and king/queen beds for sharing. If you have sleeping preferences please let me know. If you have dietary restrictions, please let me know. ONAC card is required for participation in this retreat.
