Water Breath~ Emotional Release Work

Each participant will be help in the water while they are doing breath work (breathing in and out through the mouth in a charged breath), during the time of release, they will be in facing in the water allowing for screaming, toning, movement in the body like hitting, thrashing, kicking on the exhale and back out to take a deep breath and then releasing again until they are ready for the charged breath again.    The water breath will take place in the pool or the hot tub.  After the water breath, each participant will have the opportunity to be served hape' and Sananga.

Please bring a bathing suit and 2 towels.
