Breath Ceremony~ Emotional Release Work- FULL

Sacred Breath Work Ceremony through Oklevueha Native American Church: Sunday May 16th from 1pm-3pm

We will begin with sage smudging and a circle where we give our intention for the breath. Please bring 2 blankets to lay on (sleeping bags work very well). After the circle we will be laying down and doing the sacred breath ceremony- We will be doing a connected breath- during the breathing we will be working with the drum, rattles, music, feathers, and sage/copal/cedar to assist you with your journey.

It is a very beautiful and powerful experience- some people have very powerful emotions come up, some have more peaceful experiences, whatever the experience you have we hold space for that and help in the journey.

$50 donation - ages 16 and up are welcome to participate.

You are welcome to invite others.

There are only 15 spots available- we have limited the amount of spots due to COVID and will be running a humidifier with air cleansing properties during the breath.
